The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

Orders submitted after the cut-off time may be treated as received on the following business day.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise clearly stated on our website.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders are generally delivered within 7–9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Total Estimated Shipping Time

The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is typically 10–12 business days.

This estimate includes both processing time and transit time.

Shipping Fee

We currently apply a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 for orders shipped within the United States.

Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tax Information

The current tax rate applied through the website is 0%, unless otherwise required by law or updated on the checkout page.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other delivery issue not caused by us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier first. If the package still cannot be found, please contact us and we will review the matter with you.

Separate Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability, packaging needs, or fulfillment logistics. If this occurs, you may receive multiple shipments for a single order.
